Advantages:

1. It is mainly used in circuit and longitudinal seam welding of pressure vessal, with parameter display,parameter out-of-tolerance alarm,parameter storage and printing, automatic control of welding process, online modify the preset parameters and control parameters, bilateral lateral tracking, wire bidirectional correction, auto transmission flux, flux automatic recovery, compressed air oil-water separation,drying and other functions.
2. Control system adopts PLC of Siemens, the operation control box display adopts color man-machine interface of Siemens, oyher drives and inverters are all imported.
3. Girth seam welding speed signal generator photoelectric encoder counts for constant control of welding linear speed and automatically change sides control. Welding speed signal generator with heat insulation, anti-collision function.
4. Tracking cross slide adopts stepper motor drive, ball screw, linear guide.
5. Ball screw is protected by spiral strip cover to avoide the wear and tear caused by flux and welding dust.
6. Wire feeder adopts AC motor drive with planetary reducer, with high transmission efficiency, low noice, no gap.
7. Wire feeding speed is adjusted by AC frequency conversion speed regulator, to ensure a smooth, uniform and reliable wire feeding.
8. Horizontal tracking mechanism adopts high-precision angular displacement sensor as the sensing element, with automatic tracking, arbutrarily setting zero tracking position and other functions.
9. Verical tracking machnism adopts high-precision displacement sensors, high tracking accuracy, and can automatically measure the welding thickness.
10. Twin wire narrow gap welding's two wire arranged in the form of a longitudinal tandem, former wire swash point to the efficiency, the welding efficiency is improved 6% higher than single wire narrow gap.
